PLANNING APPLICATION SUBMITTED FOR ERITH QUARRY DEVELOPMENT

Stomor Ltd have been working for client Anderson Design and Build on their proposals to transform the former Erith Quarry with up to 600 residential units, a 3-form entry primary school and 540sqm of ancillary non-residential floorspace. Stomor have identified a strategy to overcome a 35m level difference across the site, which provides challenges for access, internal roads and drainage systems.

To support the planning application, Stomor have prepared a Transport Assessment and Flood Risk Assessment, working with the Architect and Geotechnical Consultants to develop an engineering-led masterplan.
