COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT IN CHERRY HINTON

Stomor are delighted to be assisting Anderson Group and JTP Architects with a Community Planning weekend in Cherry Hinton near Cambridge.  The event is designed to help shape the future of an important “Area of Major Change” to the south of Coldhams Lane.

Stomor have worked closely with Anderson Group over a period of time to consider the development potential for the land in their ownership (i.e. former landfill site and adjacent lakes) where means of access and site drainage are key issues.

The Community Planning weekend will enable local people and stakeholders to have their say on the future of the wider “Area of Major Change” in the context of significant growth in the surrounding area.  Stomor will support the event by providing advice and guidance on access and drainage issues.

Stomor has considerable experience of assisting Clients with consultation events. We recognise the importance of giving careful consideration to local views in order to build our own local knowledge of key issues and help build consensus on developments proposals.

The engagement event is open to anyone who wishes to attend.  For more information please visit http://www.landsouthofcoldhamslane.co.uk or contact feedback@landsouthofcoldhamslane.co.uk or call 0800 0216 730

This project demonstrates Stomor can provide technical support to non-technical events and help support Clients through the entire development process.
