PLANNING CONDITION DISCHARGED!

Stomor (stomor.com) are delighted to have assisted Deeside Drylining to discharge a key condition attached to a recent Planning Permission for their site at Preston, near Hitchin.  The site is currently occupied by former boarding school accommodation and our Client will convert the building to new townhouses.   We have demonstrated that the construction phase of the development can be achieved with minimal impact of construction traffic on the rural road network and Preston village.

This project demonstrates that with careful use of our experience, our Client’s development aspirations have moved a step closer.
